With that information, we’ll scour our visual inspiration library and materials library together. Together we will align on the on key points of reference that will guide us through our journey.

To understand how to maximize our design concept in your room we need to create floor plans, furniture plans, elevations and ceiling plans. This will help us determine the appropriate scale of your furnishings and ensure every inch is thoroughly considered.

We will create a punch list of which items need to be sourced based on the aligned concept and plan. Then we will use the punch list and vendor relationships to identify three different budgets (good, better and best) for our assignment. This exercise helps clients determine the level of investment they feel most comfortable with.

With our punch list and budget in hand, we scour trade resources, auctions and antique stores to find the perfect pieces for your room. And, often, work with local workrooms, craftspeople and artisans to create custom pieces. We will present you with recommendations that perfectly align with the approved concept, plans and budget. Once approved, we will purchase all items on your behalf, coordinate logistics and manage the installation.
